Project & Campaign Management

Content Management
As Content Marketing Executive at Forvis Mazars Group, I managed content across multiple formats, markets and service lines. I coordinated projects from briefing through publication, working with stakeholders across the global network on editorial planning, copy development, localisation and final delivery. In addition, I managed content calendars and performance tracking to keep activity aligned across channels and markets.

Global Delivery
Managed multiple content streams, shaping briefs, editing copy and overseeing final editorial review across formats and channels.
Worked with executives, subject-matter experts, PR, social, digital, designers and external writers to move projects from brief to publication.
Adapted major reports and business insights into web articles, newsletters, social content, email and campaign materials for different audiences.
Coordinated high-volume content for international distribution, balancing approvals, localisation and deadlines across a global network.

Brand Kit & Communications Framework
With multiple regional offices creating their own recruitment and social materials, PRP Wine lacked a single nationwide guide for brand consistency. I developed a central brand kit to create a more cohesive identity across markets while still allowing teams to adapt communications for local audiences.
